KLANG RIVER CLEANUP PROJECT

PUTRA BUSINESS SCHOOL JOINS FORCES WITH ROYAL SELANGOR YACHT CLUB TO TACKLE KLANG RIVER POLLUTION
The Klang River Cleanup Project is a special corporate social responsibility corporate social responsibility (CSR) event as it will be joined by His Highness the Crown Prince of Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah Ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj, who is also the Chancellor of Putra Business School. This event is also significant due to the involvement of the Royal Selangor Yacht Club, which will be headed by Commodore Ramasamy Menon.
This project aims to not only reduce the amount of trash polluting the river but most importantly raise public awareness of the pollution. The Klang River Cleanup Project is a kick start to many other conservation projects by PBS in the future.
Furthermore, this project is also supported by Harta Maintenance Sdn Bhd, BinaTuah Capital Berhad, Angkasa Khas Berhad, 3Days Nasi Lemak, Linaco Group of Companies, VG Offshore Containers International (M) Sdn Bhd and AIA General Berhad.

9.45 AM : Start the cleanup (Land Team)
10.30 AM : Arrival of His Highness the Crown Prince of Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah Ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj (RMS)
: RMS Joins the river cruise by boat (for Water Team)
10.45 AM : Finish the cleanup (Land Team)
